Went out in search of the elusive Short Eared Owls at the Muskegon Wastewater and got skunked again, but we did get to spend some time with a couple of Bald Eagles. I have added some new images from that experience to the Bird Gallery. I have also changed the image on the main entry page.

I have added some new images to the Scenics Gallery from a recent trip to Michigan's Upper Peninsula. It is a great place to work on fine tuning your landscape photography.

I have replaced the female House Finch image in Birds Gallery with a newer, much improved image. It's great to have some subjects in your own backyard to work with. I have been using the house finches to work on improving my exposure skills.

Added a new Common Loon image to the Loon Gallery. This was my first experience photographing loons in the wild. It was really something to watch the parents take turns watching and feeding this youngster.

Updated the look and feel of the Bird and Waterfowl Galleries. I also added a navigation link at the bottom of the gallaries to make jumping around the site a little easier.

I have added a couple new images to the Birds gallery. I was finally able to capture an image of an American Goldfinch at the bird feeder without any of the feeders being visible. Work is progressing on the Shipwreck Galleries, the Isle Royale and Kingston Galleries have been updated and the Milwuakee Gallery is next.
